The Year in Pictures: July to December
December 30, 2018
Now let's take a look at the second half of the year in pictures!
In July, we went to see Cirque du Soleil's Volta under the big top. It was a wonderful show!
In August, a freak downpour caused serious flooding outside my office. It wasn't terrible in my neighborhood, thankfully.
We also visited the Reading Pagoda, one of Pennsylvania's Top Ten Marvels. We climbed all the way to the top - 84 steps!
In September, we visited the new Bald Birds Brewery, which is only two miles away from our apartment! (The beer's good too, according to Joe.)
In October, we watched our Washington Capitals raise the first-ever Stanley Cup banner at Capital One arena. They also beat the Boston Bruins 7-0, heh.
We also celebrated SonnyeBoy's 37th birthday!
In November, we saw the most amazing sunset after a day of rain.
Not only was the sunset glorious, there was also a full rainbow!
And so we come to December, when we set up our new and beautiful Christmas tree, and had the best Christmas ever.
And there you have it - a sampling of 2018. Now I look forward to a brand new year, and I hope you are, too.
