What's Cookin'?

Since my diagnosis, I've realized that we've been in a bit of a rut, culinarily speaking -- the same plain meals, week after week. Breakfast: cereal. Lunch: Lean Cuisine, applesauce cup. Snack: granola bar. Dinner: some type of meat, starch (rice, potato, toast...), occasional vegetable, ice cream.
