Lazy Me

Well, it is almost four o'clock in the afternoon and I am still in my jammies!
Yep, lazy lazy me. Joe went grocery shopping earlier, and now he is out and about -- at last text he was enjoying a beverage at a joint in Frederick.
I, on the other hand, have not stepped outside.
I have an excuse. I went to my grand-niece's wedding yesterday evening and danced myself silly. It really was a lovely wedding. The bride was beautiful; the groom was handsome. The food was delicious; the bar was open.
The DJ was great. The mother of the bride planned the party and selected music from the 60s, 70s, and 80s, which is right in my wheehouse as far as music goes. My younger sister pulled me onto the dance floor almost as soon as the music started. When when the DJ played "Respect", Joe even got up to dance. Joe rarely dances! But he was having such a good time that he even did the Cha Cha Slide. The music was still going strong when we left, but we were ready to hit the hay. Good thing we didn't have to drive very far.
All that dancing made me especially achey this morning, so that's why I'm still in my jammies. I did finish this Zentangle though!
