Aging hippie, married 35 years, with a son who's in law school.
I'm an aging hippie with a husband whom I love and a son who's in law school.
I graduated from college with a degree in "The-a-tah", a bad move for someone who hates New York and LA. Mime was cool then, so I went to various mime camps and got into clowning.
On a whim, I applied to the Ringling Brothers and Barnum and Bailey Circus Clown College.
On an equal whim, they accepted me.
However, I didn't get hired by Ringling Brothers, so I worked for several small circuses over the next three years.
Then I got a day job.
What I thought would be a temporary gig eventually turned into a career in technical communication, first in technical writing for software documentation, then in instructional design and training, then back to technical writing.
All in all, life is good.
